EVENT PLANNING PACKAGES
Silver Package $800: This package includes the essentials of what you need to help an event run smoothly. Prior to your event two planning meetings with one of our consultants will take place, development of a detailed timeline, confirmation with vendors prior to event, and running the rehearsal. On the day of the event our team will make sure your event runs smoothly by facilitating set up, making sure timing stays on track, and coordinating with vendors.
Gold Package $1200: The Gold Package includes everything from the Silver as well as help to create and manage a budget, locate and book vendors and access to work with one of our designers to create three custom designed elements for your wedding. Elements to choose from include: announcements, wedding suite, monograms, table cards, and signs.
Diamond $1500: The Diamond Package includes everything from the Gold Package as well as unlimited design products and a $500 rental credit for any of our products. Coordinator staff will also arrange a special moment away from your guests for you and your fiance to have a chance to breathe and will also ensure that clean up goes smoothly after your event.
Platinum Package $2500: If you have a vision for the little details that would make your wedding special this package is perfect for you! The Platinum package includes everything from the Diamond package as well working with one of our specialty wood craftsman to create a rental product that is not found in our itemized list to use on the day of your event. This package includes unlimited coordination time prior to and on the day of the event, assistance in mailing invitations and RSVP tracking.
